See the New York Times article highlighting Ross Chapin Architects GoodFit houseplans. Our smaller cottages may be built as Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to a main residence. Check with your local jurisdiction for applicability. Other common names for ADUs are mother-in-law cottages, granny flats, or backyard cottages.
