Greenwood Studio
Studio/Office/Guest House
We have two versions of this multi-possibility accessory building. It can be a backyard writing or art studio, an office, a dwelling for an elderly parent or adult child, a guest house, or a rental unit. Or, it might be a commons building or pool house for a pocket neighborhood.

We are offering 2 versions of this design. In both versions, the main room features a 10-foot high ceiling with tall windows. Version A is 2 feet longer, allowing for a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, small desk area, and washer/dryer. Version B has an alcove for a desk, a serving counter with a sink, a bathroom, and storage room.
